She is skilled in helping both experienced and novice buyers find just the right properties for their needs and dreams. And she regularly markets and closes the sales of properties successfully in this very tough-for-sellers market.

We commit ourselves to focusing on our CLIENT’S goals while delivering excellent, thorough and accurate service with integrity, care and respect. We work by Referral Only®, which gives us more time to provide personalized service rather than spending our time looking for more business.We ask thought provoking questions, and listen carefully to the answers, to find out our clients’ core values. When their core values are clear, their choices become easy. We first and foremost are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and not to merely “making a sale”.We work personally with each client and personally oversee all the details of their transactions. We do not hand off clients or their transactions to an assistant. In order to maintain our high level of personal service, we limit ourselves to only four or five clients per month (per broker). At the same time, we use the Internet and the MLS system extensively, just as the large real estate companies do. And, we hold several national and international affiliations and are members of large national referral networks who have the most skilled people to help us and our clients. |
