You were there with us every step of the way…
Dear Carolyn,
Thanks so much for your excellent work in guiding us through the current unpredictable real estate market to the successful short sale of our Rio Rancho home. Doing a sale long distance always has its disadvantages, but with you there were none. You keep us informed even during the slow periods and you were there with us every step of the way from the listing and staging through showings, inspections and closing.
Your state-of-the-art marketing tools, especially your web site in the MLS online listing, presented our home at its very best and definitely made it more appealing to buyers. And your experience and market knowledge helped us price our home right.
We knew you were always just a phone call or email away, and we appreciated your prompt attention to our questions and concerns throughout the process.
Again, thanks for a highly professional job.
Regards,

I just read the AARP magazine which was supposed to be about retirement. There was not ONE mention of funding retirement with real estate! We are so programmed to believe the retirement vehicles are things like annuities, and life insurance policies, and mutual funds, and CDs, and reverse mortgages (and usually by the persons who are selling these instruments) that we never even THINK of funding our retirement with real estate!
Is this system working? Well, consider this…97% of 65 year old Americans cannot write a discretionary check for $600!. And for over 7 million recent retirees in America, retirement lasted only 2 years! NO, this system does NOT work and YES there is a better way.. And it requires NOT a lotta work, and is risk mitigated, and is suitable for people with average jobs (or businesses) and average credit. And it is a proven system, with mentors to help you, and it is in Real Estate!

Her Marketing was the Key to a Quick Sale
Carolyn made sure my house was marketed to many Realtors by having multiple tours and using a web-site with many hits. She didn’t depend on just being on multiple listing. A buyer made a bid on my house within 30 days of being on the market in a poor economy and (Carolyn) got me a higher bid than others that sold in this neighborhood for the same home model. I’m so glad I was recommended to Carolyn. I didn’t want to be a # in a big company by a Realtor who just wanted to make sales by putting prices low and thereby negatively affecting the local market.
