We are small, and smaller is better for you

We don't manage hundreds or thousands of homes. We meet every prospective tenant at the property and supervise their viewing. We meet repair technicians as often as possible at the property, and inspect their work. We don't add additional charges or commissions on top of our service providers. If a plumber charges $129.46 for a job, that is the amount we will bill the owner. Other companies may charge an extra 10%-15% on top of the job.
